Multi-valued fields not uploading to Power BI

Good Day

I have data that is stored on a MS Access Database. Some of my columns in the database have dropdown lists where you can select mutilple values. Whenever I get this data using Power BI Desktop, it is either the columns are not being pulled through or the data evaluation give and error.

 

What could i be doing wrong?
