Multi-tenant URL Odata from NAV on PowerBI desktop

Hello,

My problem is when I retrieve the OData URL from the NAV tenant to which I am trying to access like :
http: // <server_name>: <port_number>/ DynamicsNAV100 / OData / Company (Company_name) /?tenant = tenant_name
PowerBI Desktop returns error 500, whereas when I connect to a CRONUS NAV instance (without multi-tenant), I actually get the data.
Is the error coming from the shape of my URL for multi-tenant or is it due to my environment?

Thanks for your help,

Hi @rodomat,

The shape of your URL is correct. The error was caused by a multi-tenant NAV instance if Alternate ID property is not set up for the tenant. More details, please review this similar thread.
