You were almost there, here what I would do as your table is ordered on ID
Grouped_Name = CONCATENATEX(FILTER(ALL('Table1');[ID]=EARLIER('Table1'[ID]));[Name];", ")You may need to change ";" to "," as I'm using french version of PowerBI (depending of your version)
