Hi,
I'm new to Power BI and I have been reading about the sollutions on moving averages and see that they are filtered by date.
I would like to build a measure filtered by index instead. Using a whatif table for the periods of the moving average. I got a little lost here.
Kind Regards
Pille

See my Quick Measure for Time Intelligence "The Hard Way" here: https://community.powerbi.com/t5/Quick-Measures-Gallery/Time-Intelligence-quot-The-Hard-Way-quot-TIT...
It is date-centric but can be easily adapted to an index.

Hey thanks Greg, you got me thinking in a different direction and really trying to learn how the filter function works. Got it now.
Kind regards.
