Hi all,
I exported workout data from my fitness app into the power bi desktop application via a csv file. I noticed after doing some calculations that it appears that the query editor shows more total rows than my source csv file which is weird. Is this a common problem with a common overlooked mistake?
For example on a particular exercise in excel I see that the total (sum) of the repetitions performed was around 5000. However, when I sum that same exercise within power bi desktop application it shows a total (sum) of 7801. I created a chart with the exercise and sum of reps, so I am seeing this occur for a good majority of my exericses. Any thoughts?
Hi @Anonymous
it's almost impossible to answer you without details.
in the most common case, power bi and excel should be the same
but if you talk about Power Query Mode - you can see here only data preview
