Hi , paggierni 

I'm confused about this word"A table with the tickets and other information.Acts are related to the companies with the company with table number 4." Can you explain it more and show  me the relationship view between tables ? 

Could you please share me more sample data and desired output screenshots for further analysis? You can also upload sample pbix to OneDrive and post the link here. Do mask sensitive data before uploading.

The idea is to show which clients in the "Clientes Por Horas" table have consumed less hours than a threshold. This threshold must be expressed as percentage of "Horas Mensuales Contratadas".
