Month to Date

I would like to make a column for Month/Month and Year/Year. I have already done this in excel but it seems that Power Bi will not let me make some numbers in a column percentages, and some decimal n...

In Power BI Desktop, you can't set dynamic format within same column. You can only keep single format for a column. Please vote this idea.
