The reason is the MONTH-YEAR column in this visual comes from a different table which hasn't got any relationship with your DEAL table.
Check this at your end. You will understand what I am trying to say.
Because this is a weighted measurement, the month over month doesn't change. How would I fix the relationship?

regarding relationship, you will have to create relationship between the tables highlighted below if you want your figures to chnage month-over-month:
