Hi brunoRF 

You may link the two tables and then create measures.For example:

 

PreviousYear_Total =
CALCULATE (
    COUNT ( Total[Total Customer ID] ),
    FILTER ( ALL ( Total ), Total[Year] = MAX ( Total[Year] ) - 1 )
)
