Month object missing after I refreshed

Hi all,

I am wondering if you know how to resolve this strange issue.

I refreshed a dashboard on the Power BI desktop. However, after published and I went to the workspace, the month value in the x-axis is not appearing despite I tried numerous time refresh and published it

In the Power BI desktop, it shown Dec month

but it is missing after the publish.
