Month Columns not sorted in date order

My Columns Sorted below are either based on value . I cant get them to sort Jan, Feb , March, April. 

the month names in the data tabel are formatted as  text

please help 🙂

    Hi , 

     

    Create a caclulated column of Month Numbers(1,2,.....12) and sort month names based on month number.
