MongoDB Error Loading more than one Table

Using the latest Power BI Desktop.

Followed the instructions to set up MongoDB ODBC BI Connector, and the ODBC driver.

I can connect to MongoDB, retrieve the collections. If I try to load one table, it loads eventually. Any more than one, I get the following error:

Failed to save modifications to the server. Error returned: 'OLE DB or ODBC error: [DataSource.Error] ODBC: ERROR [22018] [MySQL][ODBC 1.4(a) Driver][mysqld-5.7.12 mongosqld v2.14.5]. '.

and no tables will load. If it matters, the ODBC connection is connected to the MongoDB instance via a read-only user. I've read elsewhere that this is OK, as Power BI doesn't require write access. Would appreciate any pointers on how to resolve this!

Thanks.

Hi, @andrewt

Based on research, the 22018 error is related to encode, you can also check your database if any unicode string stored in your database.
