Modify spaces between columns in clustered column chart

I understand that, but is there a way to collapse that space and bring the other bars closer together? And for 2019 there is only Production Machine, but i would have liked the bar to be more centered with the year. It may not be possible, but wasn't sure.

yes the same is happening for 2019, because the data for the other legends is zero its getting a space for them. you can't filter out the missing legends because they're displayed for other years.
