Modelling Pedigree Data

Has anyone attempted to model pedigree/lineage data?

I have an existing model which contains a population table of all of the ID's (~50,000 rows)
e.g ID = 1, SEX = M, FID = 123, MID = 321
I've played around with generating heirarchies but it gets tricky with multiple parents (@ImkeF )

Looking for an output similar to the below and to create performance based metrics using these parent/child relationships.

Happy to provide more detailed information if required but wanted to see if anyone here has attempted this type of analysis?
