Hi,
While trying to creating the relationship between 2 tables in model view.
The preview is not available for the tables while creating the relationship.
Can anyone help me why such issue is arising.

@Captankit , It may happen in Direct query model, You can still select the columns and save relationship

Based on the testing, the preview is available for the tables.
Try to verify that the data is loaded into Power BI. Then, restart Power bi desktop.
Besides, try to update the latest version of power bi desktop.

I encountered the same issue. The table was a calculated DAX table. The solution was to copy the table’s DAX code into a safe location (like a notebook), then temporarily replace the table with an empty version (all blank). After that, I pasted the original code back to restore the table.
