The Solution is replace model.bim with any new desktop pbip folder
inside the semantic model folder replace the model.bim

Open the model.bim file in Tabular Editor. From Tabular Editor, you can inspect and manage tables, measures, relationships, and metadata.

I deployed the model.bim to the workspace then opened a power bi file and get the data as a semantic model from the workspace but it's connected as live connection i need the data view to refresh the tables and get the data again and the relationships between the tables .
i tried to save it as pbix but the same
