Mobile reports
we already have 10 dashboards developed, how long it would take to make those 10 dashboards in mobile compatible format?

This depends on the type of visualizations and UI/UX you would need, however in the new version of PBI Desktop in the Mobile view there is an option where you can auto-create the report.
That can save some time.
