Mobile layout is differenet form layout on phone

I configured the report in the “Mobile layout view”, as shown in the image left. After publishing to the service, I see another layout: the map visual is on the right of the screen instead of below.
Why  is that?

This is not the Mobile App

app.powerbi.com is the service, you need to download the Power BI mobile app from Play Store to your phone.
