Mobile View Limitations to sizing and position of elements

I'm trying to make my report mobile friendly. However, I'm experiencing a lot of issues with the sizing and position options possible.

Take my shapes below as an example. I am trying to resize them to 152 in width. But they resize from right to left. And I can't move the shape on the right all the way out anymore.

If I try using the Horizontal positioning in the format pane, it moves by far too much at a time (not pixel by pixel). And then I get this:

The same goes for another of my visuals that I just tried to move one pixel up. It goes from position 220 to 69. And my visual has moved way up the canvas.

It's the same with text visuals etc. where I'm very limited in where on the canvas I can place them. Trying to move it slightly, moves the visual to the other side of the canvas.. This is not at all optimal.

Have anyone had any similar experiences? Found some workarounds? Found some ideas posted with similar issues that I can vote up? Or know anything? 🙂
