Mixing numbers like 1 and 4000 in the same chart

I am using a bar chart graphic.

My data looks like this.  When I try to put this in a bar chart.  The 4000 shows but the other numbers show up as zero. Is there a way to get the other number to show up alnong with the 4000

CountDate
1.57/1/2020
6.87/2/2020
9.27/3/2020
40007/4/2020
6.77/5/2020

@loverlin range is too wide, I guess other shows but compare to 4000, it is not visible if you turn on the data labels, do you see those.
