Missing several database connectors

Thanks for the update. Based on your description and the fact that the MariaDB connector is available on your other (presumably internet enabled) machine, it’s very likely that restricted outbound connections are preventing Power BI Desktop from retrieving and loading certain certified connectors.
While the standalone MSI installer includes the core application and many data connectors, some certified connectors like MariaDB rely on runtime access to Microsoft cloud based connector registry to be fully visible and functional.
Please try the following

Temporarily allow outbound internet access on the machine.

Launch Power BI Desktop and check under Get Data to see if the MariaDB connector becomes available.
