Hi everyone,
I'm trying to replicate a specific design using the new Card visual in the November 2025 update, but I'm facing a formatting limitation that I didn't have before.
The Context: In the classic Card visual, I could easily go to Format pane > Callout value > Display units and switch between "Auto",
"None", "Thousands", etc. I need to select "None" to display the exact full number (e.g: 382,762.39) instead of the abbreviated version (e.g: 382.76 K).
The Problem: In the new Card visual, I cannot find the "Display units" option under the Callout or Values settings. It seems missing in my interface.
Important Note: I cannot solve this by formatting the measure directly in DAX (using the FORMAT function) because that converts the result to Text. I need to keep the measure as a Number because I use this value for other calculations and ratios later on. I strictly need to control the visual display units, not the data type.
Has anyone else experienced this missing option in the new update? Is it moved to a different sub-menu? Any help would be appreciated!
Thanks.

Hi,
On my New Card visual, under 'Callout' i'd need to specify which Card Measure/Value i need to format.
After the specific one is chosen, i'm able to see formatting Display Units under 'Value'. btw i'm with Nov, 2025 version.

Hi,
Thanks for the help. I was using the "Apply settings to: All" option and I changed it as you indicated and it worked.
Yes I also noticed that option is not available
Click on the ellipsis on the visualization icons and select
Restore defauls visuals
and the old card will show up, use that until the display units option is found by someone (I could not find it myself )
If this helped, please consider giving kudos and mark as a solution
