Missing data from Fulcrum

You may click "go to report" option for the two dashboard to get the unpinned original visuals, then you can click "show data" option in upper right corner of related visual to compare original data of the two visual, there may be some aggregation calculations for fields of in the original visuals.

Hi, this is actually what I had already done to determine that a blank quantity was the issue.
I did get my issue resolved, though-- I rebuilt the dashboard from a copy of the one that had been working and changed the query (adding a few fields at a time) and it worked.
