Missing custom data labels on published version

Morning,

I have a 100% stacked column chart.
As part of my project I would like to have data labels that are absolute numbers display on this visual, rather than the default percent.
I have added a custom data label which is the value of a measure and it displays beautifully on the desktop version.

When I go to the published version, it has defaulted to the % values as if the custom data label no longer exists.

How can I resolve this?

Do you know when this update will be live? - My current project is on hold for this issue, I would like to be able to let my users know a timeline.

The issue will be fixed in the February version of desktop, for now you can do this with the November version.

We have seen on the internal platform that other engineers have reported this issue and submitted it.
