Missing Some Data Importing from SharePoint List
I have a PowerBI dashboard built which is pulling information from a SharePoint List. One of the fields is a Multi Line Text field (Latest Project Update) which appends to the previous data entered. Previously, PowerBI would pull all the latest inputs fine from each row/project, but now only a few rows have any data in PowerBI even if updated in SharePoint. I checked versioning settings and the value is set to 300 per row, the max version I have in my SharePoint list is about 50-60 right now, so I am not reaching the cap. Not sure how to proceed. The Multi Line Text field in SharePoint is set as plain text HTML format.

Thanks for reaching out.
Have you tried refreshing the report to see if it can reconnect to sharepoint again successfully to display all data?
Or you can open a new report to connect to the source to see if the error still exists. If in the new report there's no missing data, it means maybe there're some filters that affect the data appearing.
If you still have doubts, it's good to see some screenshots with issues for reference. Please pay attention to protect data privacy.

We have 20-30 other fields that update just fine and are refreshed every 2 hours, but this one field that is the only multiline text field, and only comes through to PowerBI for a few elements.
Below is the Update field in question, you can see for some rows, it pulls the input from MS List just fine, but for others, it does not. The highlighted cells all have recent updated (prior to last refresh), but the data is not pulled over to PowerBI.Can you create a view with only that field and see if the data comes through when you connect to the view?
