Missing New Card in January 2024 Version

Hello Everyone,

I'm currently using the January 2024 version on my workstation, but I'm not able to see some of the new visuals that were added recently (before the January version), like the New Card and New Slicer. I checked the options and settings, but I'm not able to access the Preview features, so I'm not sure where the issue could be.

I was able to use these objects when I copied and pasted them from some newer version dashboards. However, I encountered an issue when I tried to change the conditional formatting of reference labels, the visual crashed, and all the data disappeared.

My question is whether there is any known issue with these new objects in this version, or if there is some extra step required to add these visuals to my reports? I would really like to use the New Card in my dashboards.
