Missing Functionality - Apply formatting to multiple visuals at once

Hi BI Community, 

Since the latest update, I am unable to format multiple visuals together. Previously, you could select multiple visuals of the same type, and apply formatting to both using the "Format this Visual" menu. 

Is there a setting that needs to be enabled for this feature?

Unfortunately I had the same problem and asked in the link below but it seems that there's no solution except downgrading Power BI Desktop to the November version.
