In my scatter chart, I only have 20 bubbles showing, however I should have 25. You can see on the left of the image in the table, I have selected 5H English, which has 25 students. The same is also happening in all the other ones (I only have 20 showing) and in 4/5R English I only have 12 of the 13 showing. Any ideas why it is not showing the full data?

Can you please share the sample pbix file to test? It will be help for troubleshooting.
BTW, I can't reproduce this issue, it can display more than 12 labels on my side.
