Missing Counties in Azure Maps

Since Power BI Desktop is retiring the default Filled Map visual, I switched in Azure Maps. There are counties in some states that don't fill in. I used the format <County Name> County, <State> USA, ...

The matter of random US counties not filling in on Azure maps has not been resolved. We have explained to users the few counties that we noticed are not filled in and they understand since there are only a few.

      The issue has not been resolved. No technical solution exists either. We have simply trained users to be aware of certain counties on the map that are not being filled in.
