Hi,
I am currently drawing real time data from my Freshservice ticketing system via API to generate report charts on Power BI. However, on my power BI Table View, it only shows up to the Department Name column and the other subsequent columns on the right are not visible.
I directly exported the data in CSV that is being shared via the api directly from the ticketing system and verfied that the API does provide the subsequent column fields on the right (refer to pic below circled in red).
Is there a way to make those missing columns on power BI visible?

Hi @darchua1 ,
can you check results of API to make sure it consist of missing columns?
Hi @darchua1 ,
did you try to expand the table by clicking on arrow icon as highlited below?, you will see all columns of table and then click on individual column
Hi,
I tried clicking the arrow and i noticed the missing columns are also not inside. Does it mean even though the original API contains the missing data, somehow power BI is not receiving/processing them?
