Mismatch between Excel and power BI graph (EASY QUERY)

Hello community,

Here in attached two differents graphs generated by Excel and Power BI.

Same data, different outcome.

(scroll down until the bottom for the images).

Do you know how to resolve it (and why in Power BI is formatting the data like this)?

Thanks in advance

Andrew (newbie user)

Hello @aBedin

Make sure your data (Date column) Data Type is date

When you drag date on x axis keep data insted of Hierarchy

make sure on x axis you setup categoey as categorical as shown in attched image
