Mise en place d'un tableau

Bonjour à tous, je souhaite contruire ce type de tableau.
Y'a-t-il des fonctions en DAX comme en SQL des windows functions pour y arriver ?
Depuis que je travail avec cet outil jamais été confronté à ce genre de problèmatique.
Periodes vient de la table de temps et le reste dans une meme table.

Merci pour votre aide.
