Minimum of value based only on slicer filters

Hello ,

I have a problem on the calculation of the minimum of a column.

I want to find the origine of the last puchased project by (client, year , month and program ). 

My measure I want to display is : 

     for each origin how much client got the last purchased project through them ? 

Below my exemple. 

I need to get 1 or partenaire site and 0 for call center 

same thing when filtring on a specific program  I need 0 on 

The dax I used for the Min is as below 

min = calculate( DISTINCTCOUNT(Stores[Client]) , filter( Stores , Stores[Partitionbyyear] = Min((Stores[Partitionbyyear]))))

Any suggestions will be much appreciated

I do not understand.

1. What is the meaning of the Last Created column?

2. Why are you using MIN( ) if you want the latest date??

3. What would be the expected result if you select Paris? And New York?

4. Why Store1 appears first in Norway and then in Singapore???
