If you want the min date of the column rows,
Then use below dax.
MinDate = CALCULATE(MIN([Date Open]), ALL(Table))
IF you want by Seq#
MinDate_By Category =
CALCULATE(MIN(data[Date Open]),ALLEXCEPT(data,data[seq #]))
