Middle Center Text Justification on adjacent column cells

How do you apply middle center (vs just center) text justification on adjacent column cells? If I have wrapped text in a cell, the other  horizontally adjacent column cells do not middle center adjust, they will only center adjust.

    I only see Auto, Left, Center and Right.. Not Middle + center for table or Matrix visual. Afraid its not possible.

    Not sure if i understand you correctly, but there's no such "Middle Center" option under visual format.
