MicrosoftAzureConsumptionInsights Resource Group Tags

Question

Hi,&nbsp;I'm looking for a way to retrieve all of the 'Resource Group' tags, instead of those of the Azure resources.&nbsp;Any thoughts anyone?&nbsp;Many thanks for the assist.&nbsp;Jurgen

Hi,&nbsp;First of all thank you for your reply.&nbsp;However this doesn't work, as it only provides me the "Tags" of my "Resources", and not the "Resource Groups" :-(...&nbsp;Any thoughts?&nbsp;Thanks,&nbsp;Jürgen

We have three options in the two links of my last post. Please refer to&nbsp;desktop-connect-azure-consumption-insights#using-the-azure-consumption-and-insights-aci-api-to-get-consumption-data.&nbsp;
You can get data using API. For example,&nbsp;rest/api/billing/enterprise/billing-enterprise-api-usage-detail.

This is definitely the way to get consumption insights data (including Resource Tags)... but does not seem to provide any way to get at the tags of the respective parent Resource Groups.&nbsp;I'm guessing that&nbsp;Jurgen&nbsp;wants this so that he (like me) won't need to go through his Azure resources and apply tags to all of them just so that the Resource tags match the Resource Group tags.&nbsp;&nbsp;

Hi, i have the same use-case. Did you manage to include the Resource Groups as lines in the usage details? I'm also looking for a way to report in Power BI on Azure tags on Resource Groups, not individual resources...
