Microsoft Power BI Desktop update -URGENT
Im currently using MS PBI Desktop:
This is compatible with reports being saved in a BI Report Server. What is the right link to use for updating the Desktop to newest version? I wanted to try https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=58494 Version 2.131.1203.0 (Published 26.07.2024) but not sure if this the right one. Would appreciate if someone can help. Thanks
BYA No, you need the RS version if using it with Report Server. But, generally your PBIRS version and RS Desktop version need to match one another. Here is the link for the latest RS version Download Microsoft Power BI Report Server - May 2024 from Official Microsoft Download Center
