Hello @BullGangGeneral ,

  • Premium Per User (PPU) tenants have a 100-TB storage limit.
  • When you're using a Pro license, the total usage can’t exceed the tenant storage limit of 10 GB multiplied by the number of Pro licenses in the tenant.

the same works for the power bi desktop for report server, because the size limit is determined by the license.

Hello @BullGangGeneral ,

If you publish Power BI reports to Power BI Report Server, you also need a Power BI Pro license. You don't need a Power BI Pro license to view and interact with Power BI reports on Power BI Report Server.

thanks for that answer, I have another question for you, if I host my own power bi report server, do the content viewers need their own licenses or free license would do it?
