As you said, "the Microsoft Power BI App says I am a PRO Trial User." Could you please share the screen shot of that?

Please ask your administrator of your organazation to have a check your license in Office 365 Admin Center, please refer to the online document.

v-frfei-msft If it shows I have a license, but is still showing Trial version in the "Microsoft Power BI" App, how do I fix this?
