Microsoft PPM - Power BI Content Pack
Does anyone know how to run this app?

Can this be used with Excel data extracts?

There are two ways to get the content pack .
1.Click on “Get Data” and select the “Services”. There will be a Project Online icon there that will lead you to the download page. If you need to create report in Excel using project online dataset, then connect to the dataset in Excel with the help of Power BI publisher for excel.
2.The another is download the Project-Power-BI-Content-Packs from Git.Hub. When opening the PBIT file, you will be asked to enter the URL for your PWA site. Enter it in this format, replacing "contoso" with your site name. https://contoso.sharepoint.com/sites/pwa,.
For your second question, it is not supported to get Excel data by the Project-Power-BI-Content-Packs currently. While you can get the Excel data via click Get Data in Power BI Desktop.
