Good Afternoon All,
Every day I receive an email that has an HTML formatted table (example in the screenshot below). I would like to automate collecting these tables and create a master table that updates daily in BI.
Although I am able to connect BI to Outlook and pull the contents of the email message, I am unable transform it into a usable format for a Power BI table or matrix.
Below is how the example text returns in a BI table visulization -> Formatting is nonexistent, all values are in one cell and are not legible
Below is how the text is shown when using the "htmlViewer" visualization -> Great in terms of visibility, but not really a valid table (can't maniuplate it & does not export in a usable format).
"HTML Viewer" Export
Does anyone have any tips on how they would handle something along these lines? Thank you
Did you manage to find a way? power automate can get up to 25 emails only or new emails.
PowerBI can see all your old emails. Please do share if you managed to find a solution. Thanks.

@BI_User_1234 it will be a mix of power automate/Sharepoint/power bi
Use Power Automate to get the email body from incoming email, and store the body data in SharePoint and then use power bi to read data from SharePoint and transform as you see fit.
