Microsoft Learn Profile Problem PL-300

I passed PL 300 back in March 2023.

I used my Gmail profile and renewal emails were sent to an email I barely use instead of work Microsoft profile.

Didn't notice the renewal emails until early April. Like a week or 2 late to take the easy renewal test at no cost. No warning about how and when to renew. I incorrectly assumed I could renew after it expired.

I noticed I could not combine my profile because it was a Gmail account in MS Learn.

I have been sending emails back and forth to MS Customer service and they have been unable to answer whether they will let me renew and combine my profiles so my employer can see the original pass.

It has been 27+ responses and 3 months and I have gotten nowhere with Training Support. They either can't or won't give me an answer.

Any ideas on what I should do?

Hi @Anonymous -Post your issue on the Microsoft Learn or Microsoft Certification community forums. These forums are frequented by knowledgeable community members and sometimes Microsoft employees who might be able to provide additional assistance.Compile all your communications with Microsoft Customer Support, including dates, names of support agents, and the details of your issue and case number etc.,
