Microsoft Forms to Power BI
Hi All,
I have initially created a 'Forms for Excel' from SharePoint and then created a form. After I submit responses from the form, all of them were automatically saved in SharePoint which I used in Power BI. No additional steps were done.
Now, when I performed the same steps :
step 1 - Create a 'Form from Excel' in SharePoint
Step 2 - Create a form
Step 3 - Submit my response
Step 4 - Check if the results are saved in SharePoint -- this step Failed
The results are not being saved in the excel. It remains blank.
Can someone suggest if anything has changed from before? This worked fine until February 2024.
Thank you.

Hello POSPOS , are you saying that when the Form response is submitted, that the SharePoint List does not update? Do you have an alert set to notify when a new response is submitted? Have you created a new Form for Excel, verified that the response storage has been created ... ?

OK., for sanity sake, step through Reza Dorrani's walkthrough on Saving Form Responses to a SharePoint List.
Have you tried:
- Verifying there are no issues managing, creating and updating Excel for the web files stored in OneDrive?
- Verifying there are no issues managing, creating, updating, and running Power Automate Flows?
- Verifying that another Licensed User including a Tenant Administator that they are able to create a
Form, the dependancies, and have the responses write out to a List as expected?
