I have a doubt about Microsoft Fabric. Is it possible to create a calculated column in Fabric?

In view, we can calculate the column.

But I want like

For Example:- In my database fact table, can I create a new column in Microsoft Fabric?

We are creating views on the table if column is not calculated in the table and can be calculated in view, or measures as need
