Hi,
I was trying to open some reports that I created some months ago with the Microsoft Call Quality (Beta) Connector and I got the following error message:

Also, I have tried to search for the connector from the available sources, and it doesn't show anymore. I asked a colleague to verify in his Power BI Desktop and he still has the connector among his data sources. We are both on the same Power BI version.
Any idea of why I'm not seeing that anymore? I haven't changed any settings or applied restrictions to the connectors' list.
***EDIT: I have also reinstalled Power BI Desktop from the Microsoft Download Site (not the Store) and the connector is still not showing***
Thanks!

Hi @Anonymous ,
Pls check whether you have a MicrosoftCallQuality.pqx file under folder Custom Connectors:
Below is the reference for installation:
https://thiagobeierblog.blob.core.windows.net/posts/PDF/Microsoft%20Teams%20CQD.pdf
Once the file is done, you will see:

Hi @v-kelly-msft,
Indeed, the connector file was not in the folder. I reinstalled it and now everything works fine. I still don't know how it disappeared though, as I didn't delete it from its folder...
Thanks a lot!
