Microsoft BI issues
how could you get the information to show all the time in a text box on a map without having to hover over it to display
Hi cbatastini
Thank you for being part of the Microsoft Fabric Community. To display information continuously on a Power BI map without requiring users to hover over points, you can use the built-in bubble map visual, which allows category values to appear as labels directly on the map.
- Alternatively, create a dynamic text box by defining DAX measures that summarize the data, then place a text box or card visual near the map to show this information at all times.
- Another approach is to use smart narrative visuals, which generate automatic text summaries of the map data and keep them visible on the report page link.
- For advanced needs, explore custom visuals or R script visuals that support persistent labels
If the above information is helpful, please give us Kudos and mark the response as Accepted as solution.
