MicroStrategy to Power BI migration process

Hi All,
I am migrating Micristaratagy reports to power Bi 
while convert metric used in Microstratagy and i am unable to write in power BI measure

In Microstaratagy they  calucaled Geo Stop count = Count(GeoStopNumber) with including curley bracket.

Curly bracket they called it level metric or level demention.

can you please help me how to write same thing in Power BI

In Microstratagy they have used  like above. they called it has level dimentionality.

all columns are coming from one table except calendar_Dt
