Metricool and PowerBI

My company uses PowerBI but our social media provider resports in Metricool? Is there a way to integrate them? anyone having the same issue?

    Hello Alba164,

     

    Yes, it's possible to integrate data from Metricool into Power BI. 

     

    Metricool provides an API that allows you to access data from their platform. You can use Power BI's "Web" connector to connect to Metricool's API and retrieve data directly into Power BI.

     

    To do this, you'll need to obtain an API key from Metricool and use it to authenticate your requests. You can then use Power BI's "JSON" connector to transform the JSON data into tables.

      Hi Sahir and everyone.

      Thank you for posting about this. I'm also having issues connecting Power BI to Metricool and their support is not being helpful so far.  

      I'm using the advanced mode following the Metricool documentation but it's failing to authenticate the credentials. I'm wondering if it's some small detail in populating the fields. Would you mind sharing the details of where you placed the endpoint info and the 3 parameters requested by Metricool: userToken, userId and blogId?

    Hello, can you give me more information. How to use the web connector, it only asks me for the URL of the site but I do not understand when the Metricool API class is entered?
