Message of error latest version of Power BI

Help me please!

Recently, I upgraded to the . Since then, I have been having a problem when I try to insert two different measures into the same visual. If I insert just one, it works perfectly, but if I insert another one, the following message appears:

"Error retrieving data for this visual with the message 'unexpected exception."

My regional support already change to last version but i don't know what's happened.

My version is 2.137.952.0 32-bit (october 2024)

I atacched the image show the error.

Could you help me!

For me it's a problem with the 32-bit version. Try the 64-bit version. It's exactly the same thing for me.

Hi @Cleudson_Rego ,

Have you already solved the problem? If so, can you share your solution here and mark the correct answer as standard to help other members find it faster? Thank you very much for your co-operation!

If not, here are some more suggestions that I hope will help you:

1. make sure that the measures you want to insert do not have any conflicting calculations or dependencies that could lead to errors.

2. try to recreate the visuals from scratch. Sometimes visuals can be corrupted and starting from scratch can resolve unexpected errors.

Best Regards,

Clara Gong

That's not exactly the latest version. Have you tried with 2.138.1004.0?
