Mergin unrelated tables in PBI

Hi,

I'm stuck with the following issue, i want to create an product/country list overview that i can populate with sales data, but i also want to see the blanks where there is no data. To do that i want to merge to unrelated tables(lists) and combine it into one list as in the example below. Anyone know how to do this? thanks!

New Table= CrossJOIN(Region, Products)
